Chef/Owner, illustrates his culinary style through detailed displays and quality food selection.  He has been an Executive Chef and General Manger in the catering industry for over 15 years in the Twin Cities area.  Prior experiences include working in high profile restaurants in  Chicago and Los Angeles.

Executive Sales, puts your mind at ease as she efficiently assists you in the planning and execution of your event.  Michele has been with the Hilton Corporation for over 7 years as a Food and Beverage Procurement Manager in Beverly Hills, California and as a Catering Manager at the Minneapolis Hilton and Towers.
